My ears want to bleed

I am studying for comprehensive exams and bought this app. What a waste of money. I listened to the concentration boost and in the middle of the relaxing tone, a loud annoying high pitch began and it made my ears want to bleed. When I stopped it, my ears were ringing for a while. Awful!
